Stored XSS in the Discourse Math plugin in affected releases allows remote authenticated users to execute script through KaTeX content. The vendor identifies the KaTeX rendering path but has not published the exact unsafe transformation or payload primitive. Exploitation requires posting access, KaTeX to be selected, and another user's interaction; content security policy limits the resulting script behavior.
