Authenticated user-count disclosure via unfiltered totalResult

Information disclosure in ZITADEL 2.44.0 through 3.4.4 and 4.0.0-rc.1 through 4.7.1 allows remote authenticated users to read the total user count. The User Service ListUsers path calculated totalResult without applying the permission-aware filtering used for returned user records. Any authenticated account can obtain the instance-wide count, but the response does not disclose individual user records or PII.
