Improper authorization in Weblate before 5.15 allows remote authenticated users to read others' notifications or enumerate users via the REST API. UserViewSet performed unrestricted list queries and returned notification subscriptions without checking user.edit permission or ownership. A low-privilege account and network access are sufficient; exposure is limited to user identifiers and notification configuration, with no write or availability impact.
