Victim-browser script execution via stored malicious files
Published Dec 31, 2025 · Updated Dec 31, 2025
Stored XSS in Esri ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 through 11.4 allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser without authentication. The vulnerable configuration accepts attacker-supplied files and later serves their malicious code to a browser, but Esri has not disclosed the affected endpoint or missing neutralization step. Exploitation requires an affected configuration and a victim to open the stored content; impact is limited to browser-context confidentiality and integrity.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
