Stored XSS in Esri ArcGIS Server 10.9.1 through 11.4 allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser via stored files. ArcGIS Server accepts attacker-supplied files containing malicious code and later serves their contents without sufficient neutralization; Esri has not disclosed the affected endpoint or validation path. Exploitation is unauthenticated, requires a configuration that permits file storage, and requires a victim to open the stored content in a browser.
