Authenticated database access via hospitalName SQL injection
Published Jun 27, 2025 · Updated Jun 27, 2025
SQL injection in sfturing hosp_order at commit 627f426331da8086ce8fff2017d65b1ddef384f8 allows remote authenticated users to read database data. The allHos endpoint passes hospitalName to findAllHosByCondition, where string substitution inserts the value into SQL instead of binding a parameter. A valid application session and crafted POST request are required; the published proof of concept discloses the database account name.
