Database compromise via unparameterized wildcard filters

SQL injection in hosp_order at commit 627f426331da8086ce8fff2017d65b1ddef384f8 allows remote authenticated users to alter database data. OfficeDao.findOrderOfficeNum interpolates officesName and hospitalName into SQL LIKE wildcard expressions rather than binding parameters. Any authenticated user who can submit the order-office request can execute SQL with the application database account's privileges.
