Credential disclosure via contextless Vault lookup

Credential exposure in HashiCorp Vault Plugin 371.v884a_4dd60fb_6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to capture Vault credentials. The plugin performs job-level Vault credential lookup without setting the item context, so Jenkins includes System-scoped credentials reserved for global configuration. Item/Configure permission is required; a job configuration can select and use an otherwise unauthorized credential, enabling its value to be captured.
