Missing authentication in COMET SYSTEM sensor firmware 1.60 allows remote attackers to change device settings via /setupA.cfg. The web management interface serves this administrative configuration page on TCP port 8082 without a credential check when its Security option is disabled by default. Network access to the embedded web server is required; successful requests can alter passwords, alarms, protocols, or web-server availability.
