Unauthorized registration form reordering via missing nonce
Published Dec 9, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
CSRF in UsersWP 1.2.48 and earlier allows remote attackers to reorder registration form fields through a privileged user's browser. The register form builder's ordering action processes state-changing requests without a WordPress nonce check. Successful exploitation requires an authenticated privileged user to visit attacker-controlled content, and it changes form field ordering.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
