Stored XSS via unescaped shortcode content

Stored XSS in the shortcode renderer of Blair Williams ThirstyAffiliates 3.11.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script. Models/Shortcodes.php appends the processed shortcode body directly inside generated anchor markup without neutralizing executable HTML. Contributor access is required to store the payload, and a visitor must view the affected content; the stored script then runs in that visitor's browser.
