Unauthorized endpoint access via guessable default password

Weak password requirements in FreePBX Endpoint Manager before 16.0.96 and 17.0.1 through 17.0.9 allow remote attackers to gain endpoint access. The endpoint module initializes app_password as a six-digit numeric value rather than a randomized high-entropy secret, making exhaustive guessing practical. The REST Phone Apps interface must be network-reachable; successful guessing exposes whichever locally configured extension, voicemail, User Manager, DPMA, or phone-admin authority uses the shared value.
