Arbitrary file write via incomplete SQL keyword validation
Published Dec 10, 2025 · Updated Dec 11, 2025
Improper input validation in Neuron AI 2.8.11 and earlier allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files via crafted SQL queries. MySQLSelectTool validates only the first SQL keyword and a forbidden-keyword list, then executes SELECT statements containing INTO OUTFILE or INTO DUMPFILE. Exploitation requires attacker influence over tool input, the database FILE privilege, and a useful writable location; a web-accessible write enables code execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
