Traffic interception via destination-IP-blind nftables rules

Traffic interception in CNI Plugins 1.6.0 through 1.8.0 allows local users to capture non-local traffic through HostPort mappings. The portmap nftables backend installs prerouting rules that match the requested destination port without restricting the destination IP to a local address. An attacker-controlled container must request HostPort on a node explicitly configured for the nondefault nftables backend, after which same-port traffic for other containers can be redirected, read, modified, or dropped.
