File disclosure via unrestricted symlink resolution

Path traversal in Static Web Server 2.40.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to read files outside the web root through a planted symlink. The static file handler opens the resulting symlink target without checking that its canonical path remains under the configured root. Exploitation requires creation of a symlink inside the web root, and disclosure is limited to files readable by the server process.
