Cleartext storage in Bharti Airtel's Airtel Thanks 4.105.4 for Android allows physically proximate attackers to read payment and account data. The app writes phone numbers, email addresses, transaction identifiers, and payment history to unencrypted text and XML files under /Android/data/com.myairtelapp/files/. Access requires possession of the device and local file access; the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of stored personal and financial records.
