Stored script execution via unsanitized SMS display
Published Jun 4, 2026 · Updated Jun 4, 2026
Stored XSS in Neterbit NW-431F Router 20241014-IR03 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute script via a crafted SMS. The SMS module stores message content without neutralizing HTML or script input and later inserts it into the browser-rendered message view. Exploitation requires a victim to open the received message, after which the script runs in the router web interface's browser context and can read or alter data available to that session.
