Unauthenticated command execution via ping IP field

OS command injection in Neterbit NW-431F Router 20241014-IR03 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute commands via its web interface. The network diagnosis ping module inserts the IP address field into the system ping command without neutralizing shell separators, so a semicolon followed by another command is executed. No authentication or user interaction is required, and injected commands run with the web server's privileges, enabling file access, modification, or service interruption within those privileges.
