Improper access control in Medical Management System at a81df1ce700a9662cb136b27af47f4cbde64156b allows remote attackers to reset passwords. The password-reset function accepts a target account change without enforcing requester authentication or authorization. No session or user interaction is required, and successful use changes the chosen account's credential, enabling subsequent account access.
