Authenticated entry theft via attachment authorization bypass

Improper access control in Devolutions Server through 2025.1.11 and 2025.2.2 through 2025.2.4 allows remote authenticated users to steal entries. The secure-message attachment feature fails to enforce entry-level authorization before returning an attached entry outside the requester's permitted set. A valid account and a crafted attachment request are required; the documented consequence is disclosure of stored entries, not modification or service interruption.
