Unauthenticated database disclosure via unsanitized student fields
Published Jul 29, 2026 · Updated Jul 29, 2026
SQL injection in SourceCodester CASAP Automated Enrollment System 1.0 allows remote attackers to read database data via crafted POST requests. The update_student.php endpoint places fname and student_class values directly into SQL statements without validation or parameterization. No authentication or user interaction is required; blind, time-based, and UNION techniques expose data available to the application's database user.
