Administrator-session script execution via unsanitized reflection
Published Dec 26, 2025 · Updated Dec 26, 2025
Reflected XSS in FluentCMS 1.2.3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript in an administrator's browser via a crafted URL. The Add Page admin view reflects user-controlled input into its HTTP response without sanitizing or encoding it before browser parsing. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to open the crafted URL; the script runs in that user's FluentCMS origin and is bounded by that session's privileges.
