Unauthenticated command execution via hardcoded database credentials

Hard-coded credentials in RUCKUS Network Director before 4.5.0.54 allow remote attackers to execute OS commands through PostgreSQL. The OVA stores the shared ruckus database password in /opt/ruckuswireless/rnd/config/config.json while exposing TCP port 5432, and that role has PostgreSQL superuser rights. Network access to the default PostgreSQL listener is sufficient to authenticate without prior privileges, read password hashes, create web administrators, and run COPY TO PROGRAM as postgres.
