CVE-2025-67189Public exploit

Unauthenticated service crash via unchecked parental-rule copy

Published Feb 3, 2026 · Updated Feb 3, 2026

Stack buffer overflow in TOTOLINK A950RG 4.1.2cu.5204_B20210112 allows remote attackers to crash its web service via a crafted request. The setParentalRules function in /lib/cste_modules/firewall.so uses sprintf and then strcpy to place urlKeyword, week, startTime, and endTime in an 87-byte stack buffer without a length check. Adjacent-network access without privileges or user interaction is sufficient; the public proof of concept demonstrates a service crash, while return-address overwrite and code execution are described but not demonstrated.
