Unauthenticated file disclosure via directory indexing
Published Jan 2, 2026 · Updated Jan 2, 2026
Path traversal in Vatilon PA4 firmware 1.12.37-20240124 allows remote attackers to read sensitive directories and files over HTTP. The embedded web server exposes indexed top-level paths, including /cgi-bin/, /view/, and /onvif/, without enforcing authentication before serving their contents. No credentials or user interaction are required; the exposure reveals scripts, configuration pages, API endpoints, and request parameters but does not independently alter configuration.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
