Policy bypass via occurrence-counter overflow

Integer overflow in docopt.cpp 0.6.2 allows local users to bypass occurrence-based application logic through crafted command-line options. LeafPattern::match adds an existing signed occurrence counter to a new match without checking whether the sum exceeds LONG_MAX, allowing it to wrap negative. The path requires an application to accept attacker-influenced arguments and trust the resulting count; consequences are limited to downstream logic bypass or a hardened-build process abort.
