Certificate validation bypass via manipulable system clock

Certificate-expiration validation in Eclipse Cyclone DDS before 0.10.5 allows local users to bypass authentication with expired certificates. The authentication plug-in compares certificate validity against the host wall clock returned by dds_time(), so changing system time makes expired or not-yet-valid certificates appear valid. Exploitation requires permission to change the host clock; public evidence demonstrates authentication and access-control bypass, not command execution.
