Server crash via malformed OIDC date value

Improper input validation in MongoDB Server 6.0, 7.0, and 8.0 branches allows remote attackers to crash the server through OIDC. The OIDC JSON date-value parser accepts a crafted date value that reaches an invariant check, whose failure terminates the mongod process. The attack is unauthenticated in 7.0 before 7.0.17 and 8.0 before 8.0.5; 6.0 before 6.0.21 is affected only after authentication, and the bounded impact is a server crash.
