Service crash via unbounded image decompression

Image decompression bomb handling in Turms AI-Serving 0.10.0-SNAPSHOT and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the OCR service. ExtendedOpenCVImage.read passes uploaded images to OpenCV Imgcodecs.imread without first bounding dimensions or pixel count, so a compact image expands into a multi-gigabyte Mat and exhausts JVM memory. Unauthenticated access requires a publicly reachable OCR endpoint; exploitation raises OutOfMemoryError and leaves the service unavailable until restart.
