Path traversal in Yealink T21P_E2 Phone 52.84.0.15 allows remote authenticated users to read arbitrary files over the network. The diagnostic component's result-read function accepts a crafted request path without neutralizing relative path sequences, allowing access outside its intended directory. Low-privileged phone access is required, and the reported consequence is file disclosure without file modification or service interruption.
