Unauthorized service access via targetNF scope bypass

Incorrect authorization in Free5GC NRF before 1.4.1 allows remote attackers to obtain access tokens with arbitrary scopes. AccessTokenScopeCheck() in internal/sbi/processor/access_token.go returns success without validating scope when targetNF is NRF. A network request to the token endpoint is sufficient; the resulting token grants unauthorized access to protected service endpoints and subscriber data.
