CVE-2025-66680Public exploit

Arbitrary file deletion via privileged driver requests

Published Mar 3, 2026 · Updated Mar 3, 2026

Arbitrary file deletion in WiseCleaner Wise Force Deleter 1.5.7.59 and earlier allows local users to remove any file via crafted driver requests. The WiseDelfile64.sys interface passes each caller-supplied path to the kernel driver, which deletes the named target despite ordinary file locks or access restrictions. The published proof of concept requires local administrator access, and deletion of protected system or application files can interrupt affected services.
