Arbitrary process termination via checksum-bypassed unlock requests

Denial of service in IObit Unlocker 1.3.0.11 and earlier allows local users to terminate arbitrary processes via crafted unlock requests. The kernel driver treats a running process image as a locked file and kills its owning process, while executable padding defeats its fixed checksum gate. Administrator execution is required by the published proof of concept, and repeated requests can continually stop chosen processes, including endpoint security tools.
