Memory disclosure via overflowing TIM image dimensions

Out-of-bounds read in ImageMagick before 7.1.2-10 allows remote attackers to disclose process memory through a crafted TIM image. ReadTIMImage multiplies two attacker-controlled 16-bit dimensions by two in a 32-bit size_t without an overflow check, then allocates a heap buffer from the wrapped size while later processing trusts the full dimensions. Only 32-bit builds are affected; processing the file can expose arbitrary memory from the ImageMagick process without authentication or user interaction.
