Information disclosure via unchecked PRC bounds
Published Jun 25, 2025 · Updated Jun 26, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in PRC parsing in PDF-XChange Editor 10.5.2.395 allows remote attackers to disclose process data via a crafted file. The parser inadequately validates user-supplied PRC data and reads beyond the end of an allocated object. Exploitation requires a target to open a malicious file or visit a malicious page; code execution requires chaining with another flaw.
