Pre-authentication RCE via reset-token theft and module upload

Improper access control in LaraDashboard 2.3.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code through password reset. AdminResetPasswordNotification::toMail builds a reset URL from the request-derived Host header rather than the configured application URL, sending the token to an attacker-controlled host. Exploitation requires an administrator to follow the poisoned reset link; the stolen token permits administrative login and upload of a module whose ServiceProvider::boot method executes automatically.
