Unauthenticated access-control bypass via spoofed proxy headers

Authentication bypass in 1Panel before 2.0.14 allows remote attackers to evade IP-based access controls using spoofed proxy headers. Gin's default trusted-proxy configuration accepts X-Forwarded-For from any client, while AllowIPs, API whitelists, and localhost-only checks treat ClientIP() as authoritative. No authentication or trusted network position is required; a forged loopback or whitelisted address grants only the access otherwise protected by those IP checks.
