Phishing redirects via unsanitized login destination

Open redirect in Chamilo LMS 1.11.0 through 2.0.0-RC.2 allows remote attackers to send users to an external site through /login. The login flow copies the redirect query parameter into returnUrl and later assigns server-supplied redirect values to window.location.href without consistently enforcing same-origin destinations. A victim must follow a crafted login link and complete the affected flow, after which the browser is sent to an attacker-controlled site for phishing.
