User impersonation via pre-upgrade crafted job

Incorrect authorization in affected HTCondor Schedd releases allows remote authenticated users to impersonate non-root users via a batch job. Full implementation details remain embargoed; the exposed workflow accepts a crafted job before an Access Point upgrade and later runs it with OsUser differing from Owner. WRITE access to the Schedd and the pre-upgrade submission sequence are required, and the result is code execution with another non-root pool user's file privileges.
