CVE-2025-66432Network attack vector

Authenticated access extension via unclamped token lifetime

Published Nov 30, 2025 · Updated Dec 1, 2025

Token-lifetime enforcement in Oxide Computer Company Omicron 15 through 17 allows remote authenticated users to extend API access. The Nexus device-auth confirmation path calculates a new token expiration from the requested or silo-maximum TTL without bounding it to the authenticating device token's expiration. A valid API token is required; the flaw preserves existing privileges beyond the original expiration but does not grant additional privileges.
