CVE-2025-66411

Sensitive-data disclosure via manifest logging

Published Dec 3, 2025 · Updated Dec 3, 2025

Sensitive-data exposure in Coder Workspace Agents before 2.26.5, 2.27.0 through 2.27.6, and 2.28.0 through 2.28.3 allows local users to read secrets. The handleManifest path passed the complete protobuf manifest to the structured logger as the manifest field, including sensitive environment variables. Limited local workspace access or access to a downstream SIEM or logging stack exposes secrets carried in that manifest, with impact determined by their privileges.
