Authenticated OTP delivery via client-side authorization bypass
Published Jun 17, 2026 · Updated Jun 17, 2026
Improper access control in Citrix Cloud through 2025-11-10 allows remote authenticated users to initiate privileged identity workflows. Citrix Cloud trusts client-controlled profile response fields such as canChangePassword and canChangePrimaryEmail, exposing privileged pages without server-side role validation. Read-only access is required; demonstrated impact is OTP delivery to an attacker-controlled email and password-change initiation, not completed takeover.
