CVE-2025-66388Network attack vector

Authenticated secret disclosure via unredacted rendered templates

Published Dec 15, 2025 · Updated Dec 15, 2025

Information disclosure in Apache Airflow 3.1.0 through 3.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to view secrets in rendered templates. The Task SDK's _serialize_rendered_fields function serialized each template field and sent it to the API server without applying registered mask_secret patterns. Any authenticated UI user who can open affected rendered task templates can read exposed secret values, with no reported data modification or service interruption.
