Authenticated file read and deletion via tmp_name spoofing

File upload validation in MISP before 2.5.24 allows remote authenticated users to read or delete server files via import modules. In EventsController::importModule, operator precedence lets an error value of zero bypass the tmp_name and is_uploaded_file checks before FileAccessTool::readAndDelete processes the supplied path. Low-privilege authenticated access to an import module is required, and reachable server files can be disclosed or deleted.
