CVE-2025-66315Network attack vector

Service interruption via improper directory permissions

Published Jan 9, 2026 · Updated Jan 9, 2026

Improper privilege management in the ZTE MF258K Pro version server allows remote authenticated users to interrupt service. The appliance assigns overly permissive write access to an undisclosed directory used by the version server, allowing a low-privileged account to write there. ZTE has not identified the directory or exposed operation; its published assessment limits the consequence to reduced availability.
