Configuration disclosure via evaluated form identifier templates
Published Dec 1, 2025 · Updated Dec 2, 2025
Server-side template injection in GetGrav Grav before 1.8.0-beta.27 allows remote attackers to disclose configuration data through form POSTs. Form submission processing evaluates Twig syntax supplied in the unique_form_id POST field, exposing the template context and its configuration objects. An unauthenticated request can reach the flaw only when the site exposes a form; disclosure includes core and plugin settings that can contain secrets.
