Unquoted service path handling in ELECOM Clone for Windows before 2.36 allows local users to execute code with SYSTEM privileges. The product registers a Windows service executable path without surrounding quotation marks, allowing Windows path parsing to select an attacker-planted executable from the system-drive root. Exploitation requires write permission on that root; successful execution grants control under the service's SYSTEM account.
