Unauthenticated malicious file upload via unchecked patch handler
Published Nov 26, 2025 · Updated Dec 3, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in DB Elettronica Mozart FM Transmitter models allows remote attackers to place malicious files without authentication. The patch_contents.php handler passes an attacker-controlled upload to move_uploaded_file under /var/www/patch after enforcing only a 16 MB size ceiling. Network access to the web interface is sufficient; the upload writes an arbitrary attacker-named file, but execution is not established for this CVE.
