Shell command execution via concatenated repository input

Command injection in shama willitmerge 0.2.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute shell commands through repository input. The lib/willitmerge.js command builder concatenates remote URLs and pull-request branch references into strings passed to child_process.exec without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Exploitation requires a crafted remote value or attacker-controlled branch name to be processed, enabling file or command operations with the CLI process's privileges.
