Authenticated command execution via unsanitized firmware filename

OS command injection in TOTOLINK CA300-PoE 6.2c.884 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands through FileName. The upgrade.so setUpgradeFW handler passes the attacker-controlled FileName value into an operating-system command without validation, as demonstrated by a backtick-delimited telnetd payload. A valid management session is required, and successful exploitation starts a root shell on the appliance.
